Recommended workflow: connect Microsoft 365 once, then use “Create branded Outlook draft”. Kovent saves the HTML email directly to the mailbox Drafts folder and opens the real Outlook draft for your review. No email is sent automatically.

Bulk recipients are placed in BCC so client email addresses are not disclosed to each other. Clients marked “Do not email” cannot be selected.
